Professional Info
I have over 23 years of experience teaching adult learners and am currently completing my master’s in Communication and Leadership through Gonzaga University.
I combine my knowledge of mindfulness techniques and yoga, my studies of Hermeneutics, the work of Stan Deetz, and Silberman & Biech to create active, open, supportive learning sessions that encourage and foster change.

Responsible for creating, delivering, and presenting healthy lifestyle choices, mindfulness, anatomy and physiology, philosophy, and general wellbeing programs for both foundational and advanced teacher training program.
Source speakers, thought leaders, consultants, and professionals in the field of health and wellness and collaborate with them to create activities that are both educational and engaging.
Research and enhance internal systems and processes including identifying trends and developments in the field of health and wellness. Implement programs that are culturally sensitive and responsible, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.
